My Theory for 12/21/2012

*IF* something major does happen on 12/21/2012, here is my theory:

Solar storms (solar maximum is expected sometime in 2012) disrupt all things electronic, including (but not limited to) communication, transportation, utilities, etc, upon which chaos and panic ensues globally.  All of the wealthy elite, politicians, and a large chunk of the military will be transported to the Denver Airport where they will be given safe passage to the shelter / facility underneath.  Once the chaotic melee above dies down to a more manageable (or controllable) level, the financial and political elites, along with the [para]military, will emerge and take charge, immediately invoking martial law "out of necessity".  Whomever is fortunate enough to survive the chaos, these people will be in dire need of food, water, shelter, etc.  They will be welcomed to the FEMA Camps with open arms.  If the Georgia Guidestones are adhered to, and more than 500 million people survive globally, then the Red List vs Blue List (as mentioned in the FEMA Camps video) will be implemented.  Together, the members of secretive organizations such as the Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, and other secret societies around the globe will form a one-world government, currency, and legal system, most likely modeled after a combination of Fascism and Feudalism.  (History has proven that panicked citizens will readily embrace almost any manner of authority)  Anyone who questions or challenges this new system will be classified as a terrorist and imprisoned indefinitely under the NDAA, which, of course, will still exist, but will be fittingly renamed to the WDAA, or the World Defense Authorization Act.

Can I prove this?  Of course not.  Could I be wrong?  Of course!  In fact, I hope that I am...

Police Brutality and #Occupy - Suppression or Distraction? Both?

Yesterday, as I was flipping through my Twitter feed, one of those proverbial light bulbs metaphorically appeared above my head.  I've been racking my brain with this concept, and I am very curious to see what everyone else thinks.  I will attempt to organize my scattered thoughts into a single, cohesive post, however, I make no guarantees, as my mind moves way faster than my fingers, and back-tracking always proves to be difficult...

Here's what I'm thinking:  Anytime you seek to overtake an opponent in any type of competition, your weapons of choice are force and strategy.  Force needs no explanation, but with strategy, the most common type is distraction / misdirection.  If you can distract or mislead your opponent while you persistently maintain your focus, you will "win the game".  (American football is an excellent example of this.  If you can't out-muscle the opposing team, then you have to result to strategy in order to win)

My perception is that the police brutality could possibly be categorized as both suppression and distraction, and here is why:

• Suppression - Obviously, the use of physical force is an attempt to strike fear into the hearts of both current and would-be protesters, to try to make them think, "I don't want anyone, including myself, to get beat up, so maybe we should just leave (or call the whole thing off) before anyone else gets hurt." When you include the members of the press that have been brutalized by the cops, it brings up another point: The fewer the number of *real* journalists on-scene that are communicating the truth, the more ignorant of #Occupy the general population will remain.
• Distraction - In conjunction with the previous point, when mainstream media (MSM) covers #Occupy, they tend to focus on police brutality incidents instead of what #Occupy is protesting. To add insult to injury, MSM gratuitously adds their own "slant" in favor of the police officer(s) and/or city officials.
• Distraction - When police brutality takes place, then you have a situation where the people affected will file a lawsuit, (whether civil, criminal, or both) and as we all know, lawsuits take time, and lots of it. (Not saying that victims shouldn't sue or press charges; by all means, they should seek justice!) However, could this be the 1%'s intention? Tie up as many occupiers and journalists as possible in court for as long as possible just to get them off the street?
• Distraction - Let's say some of the 1%-ers are responsible for this police-state action: Which is better for a 1%-er? Going to jail for 25+ years for fraud, or shelling out a comparatively minuscule amount of several million dollars to settle a class action lawsuit?

While we definitely need to stand up for our rights, and as much as no one should have to worry about getting beat-up for doing so, we need to proclaim the purpose of #Occupy louder and clearer than ever! There are still so many people out there (thanks to Faux News) who think that #Occupy is just a bunch of moochers looking for a hand-out. Our greatest enemy at this point is not the police, mayors, chancellors, politicians, or even the 1%... Our greatest enemy is IGNORANCE!
